Kransekake, the “queen of Norwegian cakes,” is an almond wreath cake baked in graduated rings to form a pyramid. Each student will mix and form dough into a kransekake, or bar cookies; bake; and then decorate. The correct way to serve the kransekake will also be demonstrated. There will be a tasters fee.
