Join me as we paint a traditional bowl. The bowl pictured is an example of what you will be painting in the class. There will be a variety of Telemark designs available for the project and many ideas for the enhancement of the piece. This class will be taught in acrylics only.

About the Instructor
Lois Mueller Lois Mueller
Lois Mueller is a music-teacher-turned-rosemaler, which helps to explain the many violins she has painted. She began rosemaling in 1977 and teaching rosemaling in 1979. She received the Vesterheim Gold Medal for Rosemaling in 1998. Since that time she has written nine rosemaling instruction books. She has taught in Canada, Taiwan, and throughout the US. She has also mentored three apprentices through a program with the Wisconsin Arts Board. She is one of the founders of Rosemaling Coast to Coast, chairing the organization since its inception as well as coordinating its two national conventions.
