The Miller Family

The Miller Family

Casey and Heather Miller reside in Urbandale, Iowa with their two high school daughters, Megan and Maren.  They have always marked the holidays with a variety of Nordic recipes, passed down among generations.  No Christmas is complete without a good dose of hardanger lefse, used both for the main course and dessert.

Learn more: Enjoy a video recording of the online presentation Family Heritage Cooking: Hardanger Lefse, when the Millers joined Vesterheim for a family-led cooking demonstration including traditional Nordic holiday recipes passed down from one generation to the next.
