Ready to amp up your gløgg game? Join us for a fun evening with Emily Vikre, co-owner of Vikre Distillery in Duluth, MN. Emily will share her go to recipes for gløgg, Scandinavia’s favorite holiday (or just cold-dark months!) mulled wine. With a few different approaches, her recipes will have you prepared to celebrate the darkest days of the year with warmth and cheer.

This class is in collaboration with Vikre Distillery in Duluth, MN. 

Supplies: The cost of the class includes a kit shipped to your home with a Scandinavian-modern mug, Swedish dish towel, and spices (a $30 value). An ingredient list will be included to source fresh materials for your class. Recipes will be shared with participants after the live zoom class. You'll also need a computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and mic as well as a fast, reliable internet connection.

Special Instructions: When registering for the class, please make sure to use the address you'd like the kit shipped to, and the email address you'd like the Zoom meeting invitation sent to. You will receive links to the Zoom session by email sometime during the week prior to the class.

Emily Vikre

Emily Vikre

Emily Vikre is the co-founder and CEO of Vikre Distillery in Duluth, Minnesota, makers of award-winning aquavits and gins amongst other spirits. She is also the author of Camp Cocktails – easy, fun, and delicious drinks for the great outdoors. As a Norwegian-American dual citizen, Emily has always been steeped in the culture and cuisine of Scandinavia. Her favorite activities are sharing meals with friends, cross-country skiing, dancing ballet, and painting. She lives in Duluth, Minnesota, with her husband, two young sons, and a dog named Squid.
