The smells and flavors of food and cooking connect us to tradition in powerful ways. Cooking, and Nordic cooking in particular, also provide fertile ground for creating exciting new traditions around food. From lefse and krumkake to graslok and gastrique, Vesterheim’s offerings in Nordic Cooking include opportunities to both explore traditions and exercise creativity.
All classes are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are at Vesterheim in Decorah unless otherwise noted.
